Greetings and happy Mother’s Day. Mae has been told, by many, that she is too quick to give individuals the benefit of the doubt. Well, let’s go back to a few days ago when doing this caused Mae some heart ache. Mae did learn some important lessons (hopefully): it’s okay to give the benefit of the doubt (sometimes) but one must also ask God for discernment. Mae obviously didn’t seek God. Another lesson was to get her head out of the clouds and realize when people show you who they are, believe them. In any event, one would think, after constant hurt, that Mae would have learned all of that. But as Mae often says, “she is a work in progress.” May you know when people show you who they are, believe them and stop giving so much benefit of the doubt…
