Farewell Distractions

It’s been awhile. Mae has to do better.  As Mae has previously said, demonic forces study you– especially Christians. They know what distracts you. Mae’s aware that God is much more powerful than demonic forces, but Mae is a realist, one  has to be careful of distractions. You know what’s next; yes, Mae fell victim to distractions. Mae keeps it real: she’s a work in progress. Mae, who is divorced, started communicating with a  Christian man.  After a while, Mae started picking up some questionable non Christian behavior. Now Mae can’t put all the blame on him because Mae is grown and Mae allowed some of the distractions. One of the things concerning was when it came to praying. Mae would suggest prayer in certain situations and he would decline and tell Mae she could pray if she wanted. Guess what? This wasn’t even a boyfriend/girlfriend situation. What was it? Your guess is good as Mae’s, lol. Bottom line, Mae has come too far in her Christian walk to let someone distract her. Sometimes demonic forces send distractions known as people. Did they send him? Mae doesn’t know. Mae just knows he was a distraction. A while ago, Mae blogged with permission, about a client with a similar situation. One would think Mae would have learned from the client’s situation. Mae didn’t. Shame on Mae. May you realize that ANYONE who takes you away from time with God is a distraction. So like Mae, “Bid the distraction(s) farewell. “Farewell distraction(s).”
