Daddy:

In the Spirit of Thanksgiving, I am writing you this thank you letter. I know you do not like the spotlight, but I would be remiss if I didn’t say thanks. Daddy, when bills exceeded income, you came to my rescue. When I had no one to talk to, you were available. It did not matter what time of the day or night. When life hit, you wiped my tears and comforted me. When so many exited out of my life, you led me to Psalm 30:5, “weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” There were times when I did not think I would make it, but I did–only because of you. You showed me love beyond measures. Daddy thank you. Most importantly, (Daddy), thank you for sending your son Jesus, as the ultimate sacrifice. I love you.
