She cooks, cuts the grass with a push mower, prunes and cuts down small trees and bushes. She also repairs toliets, lawnmowers, etc. You maybe thinking, “and.” Well, the young lady is in a wheelchair with no control of any areas of her body below the upper chest area. In other words, she is a T3-T4 paraplegic. She is an inspiration to many, myself included. Sometimes when Mae wants to complain, she thinks of the young lady. While all of the above is impressive, what’s most impressive is the souls she is trying to win for Christ. She is a strong advocate for Christ, ministering to the lost through songs, electronic Bible study, etc. Although, one may be inspired by what she does physically, be more inspired by what she is doing to advance the kingdom of God. When I asked if I could blog about her, she was reluctant. She finally gave Mae permission, (as long as her name wasn’t mentioned–very humble). Mae is now sharing a part of her story. Mae loves you.
